BESPOKE VĪ COCKTAILS CREATED
BY THE WORLDʼS TOP BARTENDERS

We teamed up with two of the world’s most renowned cocktail bars, Angel’s Share and Little Branch NYC to create new and exciting cocktails using VĪ Aquavit.

CLASSIC AQUA COCKTAILS

L.E.S. (LOWER EASTSIDE)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 slices cucumber (muddled)
  • 4-6 mint leaves (muddled)
  • Garnish: thin cucumber slice, mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker
  2. Add Vī Aquavit, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice and shake
  3. Strain into chilled collins glass with ice
  4. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaves

AQUA MULE

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Garnish: lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Add to a copper mug: ice, Vī Aquavit, and lime juice
  2. Add ginger beer
  3. Garnish with mint and lime wheel 

AQUA GIMLET

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 1 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Add Vī Aquavit, lime juice, and simple sugar to a shaker with ice and shake
  2. Strain into chilled cocktail martini or Nick & Nora glass with ice
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel 

THE NORDIC 75

Ingredients

  • 1 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 3 ounces Champagne
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup 
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Preparation

  1. Combine Vī Aquavit, lemon juice, and simple sugar to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
  2. Strain into Champagne flute
  3. Top off with Champagne
  4. Garnish with lemon twist

AQUA OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Garnish: orange peel

Preparation

  1. Combine sugar and bitters into a rocks glass, add water and stir until sugar is dissolved
  2. Fill glass with ice cubes, add Vī Aquavit and gently stir
  3. Express the oil of an orange peel over glass, then drop in the peel

AQUATINI

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, fresh
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Garnish: lemon twist or olives

Preparation

  1. Add Vī Aquavit, dry vermouth, and orange bitters with ice into a mixing glass
  2. Stir until cold
  3. Strain into chilled martini or coup glass
  4. Garnish with lemon twist or olives

AQUA NEGRONI

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Vī Aquavit
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • Garnish: orange peel

Preparation

  1. Vī Aquavit, Campari, and vermouth into a glass filled with ice
  2. Stir until well chilled
  3. Garnish with mint and lime wheel

AQUA FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vī Aquavit
  • 1 ounce lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce lime simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 – 1 1/2 ounce club soda
  • Garnish: lemon peel, mint leaf

Preparation

  1. Vī Aquavit, lemon juive, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker
  2. Vigerousli dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds
  3. Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake until chilled
  4. Double strain into chilled Collins glass and top off with club soda
  5. Garnish with lemon peel and mint
